Georgetown teacher’s sudden transfer stuns school
This is a link to a Toronto Star article about the quick transfer of my high school music teacher from job and school. Ms. Wallace was the best teacher I ever had throughout all of my education. Her dedication and passion for music was reason to go to school and band practice every day. Further, the music program at GDHS shaped me into the person I am today. I was even a part of the jazz band that “was a national gold medal winner five or six years ago” identified in the article. It is mind boggling that this story has gone to the Toronto Star - it’s a testament to how exceptional a teacher Ms. Wallace truly is.
