Best first day of a new job ever!!!
Some highlights from my first day flying as a flight attendant today:
- Having an absolutely amazing crew (even with three new flight attendants);
- Having my supervisor watch me brief people at the over wing exits and telling me I did a great job;
- Making a generous tip on my first alcohol sale of the day;
- Having a passenger ask for the email address of our boss so she can write a positive letter about us;
- Not messing up the French demo (well, not messing it up too much…);
- Being in Cuba for the first time;
- Flying an empty plane home so we watched a movie, ate crew food (including a lot of chocolates) and had a really fun time!
Overall, it was such an amazing day and I am so happy I decided to take this opportunity as I have already met some amazing people and made amazing memories! I love my job!
Next scheduled flight: Punta Cana!
